This remodeled townhouse/condo has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 1,450 square feet under air! It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and comfortably sleeps six. It comes completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and all appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat panel TV. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a flat panel TV and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a flat panel TV.
The living room offers unobstructed views of the blue Atlantic Ocean through its wide French style doors. You can relax on the sofa or the love seat while listening to the ocean's waves. Watch your favorite TV show or sporting event on the 42 inch flat panel TV in High Definition or watch movies via the DVD. Keep in touch with friends on Facebook, catch up on emails or simply surf the internet from anywhere in the townhouse/condo via the fast and FREE wireless service.
The dining area provides comfortable seating for six as well as a breakfast bar. All towels, linens, bedding and kitchen utensils are provided.

Perfect for a beach vacation

The condo is very nice and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. It is well-equipped with a modern kitchen, washer and dryer, large entertainment system, and wifi. There are three bedrooms including a large master room. The view from the ocean front balcony is amazing. The beach and pool are right outside. Many of the attractions of Cocoa Beach are within walking distance including the Cocoa Beach Pier. You can watch rocket launches from the beach. The property managers are always there to help if you need. The condo complex is a relaxing place to spend your vacation and is great for families. I highly recommend staying here if you want a luxury place with a perfect location at the beach. We look forward to going back.Perfect spot for a family beach vacation

A large master with a private bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms with another bathroom are located upstairs. The main level has a well-equipped kitchen and laundry machines. We spent every morning watching the sunrise on the deck. Local managers were helpful in the couple instances where we needed them. Vacation on the beach

To be honest, the pictures on the website don't do justice to this Condo. After a 15 hour drive from Northern Virginia during Tropical Storm Debby, we all found that this Condo was not only enjoyable, but very well equipped with a great view of the ocean.
We highly recommend this as a great place to enjoy Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Center and all of the attractions in Orlando…

Superb Ocean-Front Condo
By -> fredh This three bedroom condo is beautifully furnished and all the appliances and equipment are top of the line. The owners have spared no expense in providing a comfortable, relaxed setting. Views from the balcony are awesome, whether it be sunrises or cruise ships disembarking from Port Canaveral. The pool which is just a few steps away is one of the largest in the Cocoa Beach area. The sandy beach is accessible by a very short boardwalk. There is an abundance of beach equipment and beach towels available in the condo. My wife and I spent four months in this condo last winter and are looking forward to spending five months during the upcoming winter. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk away and there are numerous good eating places of all tyoes within a short ride. There are also a number of good reasonable golf courses in the area as well as a number of nature preserves. What other benefit of this condo is the presence of an on-site manager in the event that any problems should arise. My wife and I would recommend this property without reservation.Perfect place

We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning and listening to the ocean. The property managers were helpful from time we began our reservations until we completed our visit.
