A GREAT PLACE

By -> Karen Yuhasz Just booked our 2018 vacation at this location. This will be our second time staying at this beautifully appointed condo. I agree with the other reviews, great location and amenities close to restaurants and stores for all your needs. I only wish to add one thing. My family was fortunate enough to be there when there was rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, which was visible from the beach. An incredible experience!

AMAZING Beach Condo!!

By -> Danielle Shannon I have booked this condo 4 years in a row now (and I intend to be back this summer) and absolutely would not stay in any other condo in Cocoa Beach. I have been during numerous holiday weekends (Memorial Day and Labor Day) as well as non-peak times and I have NEVER been disappointed. This unit includes ALL of the amenities you could dream of for a beach vacation all the way down to the beach towels, we all know they are forgotten frequently. Do not worry about how you will keep your drinks cool on the beach (YES - you can drink on the beach, just not glass) the unit is equipped with coolers as well as Keurig coffee machine among other must-haves. Very modern style paint colors with nice, updated furniture. The only downfall of the unit is the blocked view of the ocean - but who wants to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise/set when you are literally 40 steps from the sand between your toes anyway.Plenty of restaurants close-by, Publix across the street, walking distance to a bagel/breakfast place, Dunkin Donuts within two blocks, lots of delivery options and tons of recommendations to get out of the sun for a day, in the binder.As I said, I WILL NOT ever stay anywhere else in Cocoa and 5 years running I will continue to make this a yearly visit! If I could give 6 starts I would!!

Wonderful location and great accommodation

By -> Eileen Murray I have stayed in this unit multiple times. I am attracted to the clean, modern appearance. The unit has everything I need for staying at the beach, all I bring are my clothes. All the amenities (beach chairs, toys, towels etc) make it an easy choice. The location is perfect, we can sit at the beach during the day and then walk to the pier for dinner.
