Ocean View town house on the Atlantic! It has two (2) bedrooms, and two and a half (2.5) bathrooms (sleeps six). Balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. Steps away from the pool and beach. Completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. King size bed in the master bedroom and two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Flat screen television in the living room and televisions in each bedroom. All bedding and towels are provided. Beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards are waiting for you!
If you can pull yourself away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, this condo is located less than an hour from Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. The Cocoa Beach Pier is just a short walk down the beach. It offers shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and fishing. Historic Cocoa Village has a variety of international restaurants, boutiques, and antique shops. Port Canaveral offers deep sea fishing charters, casino cruises, and excellent restaurants with a view of commercial cruise liners leaving the Port.

When the condo is as nice as this one and in a great location there is no reason to look elsewhere. It is walking distance from the pier with some great restaurants and the beach is clean and beautiful! It is close to the port for the cruise ships and you can even wave to people as the head out to their vacation or back in from their trip. I heartily recommend this condo for anyone who wants a great place to stay in the beautiful Cocoa Beach. It really has it all.loved this condo

Every morning our walk on the beautiful beach was the best, and watching the cruise ships go out to sea was exciting.The pier was a short walk away with entertainment at night. Its so quiet and Beautiful. Thier is so much to do . Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The Pier is the best . Great Entertainment and great Happy Hour food.The condo is decorated so beautiful. The owner has a turtle theme love it.Not far is a Ron Jons and other souvenir shops. This will be our 2nd visit. And we will vacation thier again. I highly recommended this condo.
