Beautifully furnished 1st floor unit located 30ft from a heated pool and 50ft from the Sandy Beach. Approx one block south of the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and just north of Ron Jons Surf Shop Full equipped kitchen with every utensil and appliance necessary. Convenient to numerous shops, restaurants and night life or relax around the quite heated pool and enjoy the ocean breezes.

By -> Dan P We were very excited within 5 minutes of walking into the door of Jack and Lisa’s unit. We could not have asked for anything better. There is a very short walk to the beach, which we went to everyday. The kids used the pool and had a blast. The rules are rather lengthy for the pool but the manager Tina explained why and it made sense. There are plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen items. I did buy a new non stick pan for the unit but only because I’m particular with what I use when I make eggs/omelets for breakfast. It was not needed. We loved being able to walk along the beach and the pier. The restaurants are very close to the unit along with anything else you wanted to do. I can’t say enough about the communication with Jack. We had no issues with the unit at all. It was the perfect place that made us feel like we were at home on our vacation. By -> Steven S We loved this place. They have beach toys and chairs that you can use. The house is well-appointed so you can buy groceries and cook and eat at the condo if you want. It is clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic. From the condo, you can walk to Ron Jon's, Cocoa Beach pier and several great restaurants. It has TVs and Wifi in case you want to relax in the Condo. We took our family of 6 here and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this place. You will love it.Ideal location ...steps from the beach
By -> Francine JThe condo was easily accessible from the covered parking - ideal when you have lots of luggage. Being at floor level makes it easy to come and go. We appreciated the open space concept. Beds were very comfortable.
Condo was very well equipped- lots of dishes, more than enough towels and linens, beach chairs, etc.
We had a minor issue with the shower and Jack (owner) got it resolved right away.
The property managers, Tina and Kurt, were very pleasant and helpful - ALWAYS available.
Second time around
By -> Dennis D Unfortunately the weather was not too friendly this trip. It was warm enough but too windy and overcast. Still enjoyed our stay and visiting with our son who lives in Port St. John. Took a great airboat ride on the St. John river marshes and visited NASA at Kennedy Space Center. Condo was neat and clean and provided everything we needed except some basic paper products.5 star excellent

The unit was clean and large enough for two adults and two older children. I was a little worried about not having a washer and dryer in the unit. But, the laundry room is just a few doors away and quite clean. It was not a problem at all. Location was great. We were close to lots of restaurants and our course, Ron Jon's. The owner was courteous and gave detailed instructions regarding check in. We would definitely stay again.Kevin from Canada
By -> KevinOur family stayed at this property and loved it. It was easy to unload our luggage from the car because the parking was directly outside this ground level condo. Close to the pool, which is huge and never busy.The kids loved it. We have a five and seven year old and by the end of our two weeks they were sad to go home. The beach is great and also not very busy. When the water is calm you can walk out 30-40 yards at least. Great surfing even in low swells. And the pier is close by for some easy lunch or dinner plans.
The condo is clean, well appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach.
I would recommend this condo for anyone with kids or older folks who don't want to deal with any stairs.

By -> annieo This is a great unit! Right on the beach! We swam in the ocean, played in the sand, played in the pool, putted on the green, and had a really wonderful time. The unit was clean, well laid out, and very comfortable. All the comforts of home, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, golf clubs, and more. Good restaurants and shops nearby as well. I highly recommend a stay here. We'll be back!Wish we were coming back this year.
By -> Lil and AbnerWOW! Perfect place for us, right on the beach, ground floor so very easy access. Lovely pool, grounds well maintained. Reserved, shaded parking places, (what a good idea.) Gentle stroll to the pier, which has a restaurant/bar etc.
Room to spread out, spacious bedrooms, comfortable settees to lounge on. Small 'patio' in the shade, just right for we Brits. Lots of linens, towels, pots and pans, even beach chairs .
Easy access to main roads, and supermarkets - just far enough away from them. Airport within easy reach, about 90 mins. (depending on traffic). Cape Canaveral less than 1 hour. We made a day-trip to St Augustine to see the 'early Florida'; it was well worth the effort. Blue Springs State Park (for manatees and wildlife) is beautiful. Good road maps are relatively cheap.
If we ever manage to come back to Florida, this is the place we would come back to.
